Bulk Bundle Product Upload

You can use an Excel spreadsheet template to create a bulk bundle upload.

To upload a bulk bundle,

Step 1: Go to Catalog > Products
Step 2: Click on the small arrow beside the “Add New”.
Step 3: Click “Import Excel”.

Step 4: Click “Download Template” to download the Excel template.

Step 5: Open the downloaded template. (File name: product_template.xlsx)
Step 6: Filling up the template. As a guide, follow the straightforward instructions below to fill out the required fields.

Step 7: Enter the Row Number. Note that bundle products should have the same row number.

Step 8: Enter the Product Name, Model, SKU, description, short description, select the Product Grouping (Bundle).

Step 9: Enter the bundle’s child product model, child product price and child product quantity.

Step 10: Enter the bundle’s Meta Tag Title, Product Tags, Barcode (if available).

Step 11: Enter the price, cost price, quantity available.

Step 12: Choose whether the bundle requires shipping (Yes/No/No2), and contains serial number (Yes/No), and also fill in the manufacturer name.

Step 13: Select the Status to Enabled.

After finishing the Excel spreadsheet, you can upload it to BRP to complete the bulk product upload.
Step 14 : Go to Catalog > Products > click the small arrow beside the “plus” sign > Import Excel.

Step 15 : Under the Import Products from Excel, click the “choose file” to begin the upload.

Step 16 : Select the Excel file from your computer to upload.
Step 17 : Press the blue “Upload Excel” button to upload.

Step 18 : If successful, the webpage will display the green message.
From the message, click the blue “here” link to go to the product list, otherwise, you can navigate to Catalog > Products.
