Extensions that enhance the BRP experiences. 

Order Product Editing 
Sometimes product codes between marketplace and BRP are inconsistent, it will affect the orders on the BRP and the efficiency of the fulfilment.

Hence this function enables users to edit the product orders easily by searching for the inconsistency and replacing the product code. 

If you do not have the product inside the BRP, you are required to create a new product. Go to User Guide - Insert Product. 

To go to the order product editing, 
Step 1: Go to Extensions > Extensions. 

Step 2: Under the Extension - Choose the extension type, select “Modules” from the drop down list. 

Step 3: Locate “Order Product Editing” and click “Edit”. 

Step 4: Under Order Product Editing page, at the Update Existing Order Products tab, locate the Manual Update section. 

Step 5: Under the Products to Check section, enter the product model to conduct the search, then click “Check Affected Orders” to continue. 

Step 6: If there are affected orders, it will display the order ID that contains the product inconsistency. 

Step 7: Press “Confirm Change” to proceed with the edit. 

To update the model matching list: 
Step 8: Go to Update Model Matching List tab

Step 9: Under the model list, locate the “add” button to add a new column. 

Step 10: Enter the product model you would want to replace with. 

Step 11: Enter the product model to replace the old product model. Products with this model will be updated from the old model. 

Step 12: Click “Save” to save the progress. 

Step 13: Click “Manual Run Script” to update the model matching list.
