Maintaining marketplace profile
Make changes to ensure seamless synchronisation between BRP and the marketplace

To go to the marketplace profile page, 
Step 1: Go to Marketplace > Profile 
 

Step 2: Under the Marketplace Profile page, locate the profile you would like to edit, then click “Edit”. 

Step 3: At the Profile Settings tab, you can rename your profile name here. 

Lazada Profile Settings 
At the Lazada marketplace tab, you can edit the settings on the BRP marketplace sync with Lazada. 

The toggle functions at the top (from left to right): 

  • Enable Product Sync
    • Turn on product sync function, products between BRP and Lazada will be automatically sync. 
  • Enable Product Reverse Sync
    • Turn on product reverse sync function, products that are available on Lazada will be sync towards BRP.
  • Enable Order Sync
    • Turn on order sync function, orders between BRP and Lazada will be synced. 
  • Enable Return Sync
    • Turn on return sync function, returns between BRP and Lazada will be synced. 
  • Days until Token Expiry 
    • Display days remaining till the sync token expired, click here to refresh the sync token.
  • Logs
    • View the sync logs between BRP and Lazada.
  • Product List
    • View the product lists that are currently syncing.


Product Sync Options

  • Depending on your needs, it is highly recommended to Select All to ensure seamless synchronisation and better experience between BRP and your marketplace.
  • Note: 
    • BRP = G.I Warehouse.
    • Third-Party = Your Warehouse


Reverse Sync Function 

  • Use this function to do reverse product sync from Lazada to BRP. 
  • To do reverse sync manually, select “Manual” and click “Import from Lazada”.
  • Otherwise, select “Cronjob” will allow the system to do reverse sync in the intervals of every 4 hours automatically.
  • Scenario: 
    • You have an existing marketplace in Lazada but now you want to manage your products in BRP. 
  • Highly recommend Select All for better experience. 


Auto Set Ready to Ship 

  • Automatically set status of Lazada orders to Ready To Ship in Lazada Seller Center.
  • Force Instruct Orders That Already Processed To Ship By User
    • Force instructs orders for delivery by BRP Warehouse even if already RTS (manually by user) in Seller Center. 
    • Recommend to select “No”.
  • Set the Auto RTS Orders Updated 
    • Auto arrange shipment for orders updated since the date selected.


Crossborder Settings 

  • You can enable this function if you have a Lazada shop with different regions. 
  • Currently supporting the region of Malaysia and Singapore. 
  • Select the region and then click on the “Get Crossborder Token”. 

Sync Orders Start Date 
Select the date you would want the marketplace sync to start sync. 


Price Markups 

  • Use this function to do automatic product price markups on the marketplace. 
  • For Flat, just enter the amount you want to markup. 
  • For Percentage, just enter the amount you want to markup. 


Sync Threshold 

  • If set, products with value below threshold will not be sync to the marketplace. 
  • Set the price and/or minimum stock quantity. 


Stock Allocations 

  • The numbers of stock at the warehouse should be sufficient to cover between two marketplaces. 
  • Set stock allocations of principal stock (your stock available at your side), and/or BRP Warehouse Stock (G.I Warehouse). 

Shopee Profile Settings 
At the Shopee Profile Settings page, you can edit the settings on the BRP marketplace sync with Shopee. 

The toggle functions at the top (from left to right): 

  • Enable Product Sync
    • Turn on product sync function, products between BRP and Shopee will be automatically sync. 
  • Enable Order Sync
    • Turn on order sync function, orders between BRP and Shopee will be synced. 
  • Enable Return Sync
    • Turn on return sync function, returns between BRP and Shopee will be synced. 
  • Days until Token Expiry 
    • Display days remaining till the sync token expired, click here to refresh the sync token.
  • Logs
    • View the sync logs between BRP and Shopee.
  • Product List
    • View the product lists that are currently syncing.

Auto Proceed To Ship 

  • Automatically arrange Shopee orders for shipment by processing the orders To Ship in Shopee Seller Center.
  • Force Instruct Orders That Already Processed To Ship By User
    • Force instructs orders for delivery by BRP Warehouse even if already processed To Ship (manually by user) in Seller Center. 
    • Recommend to select “No”. 
  • Auto Ship Orders Updated 
    • Auto arrange shipment for orders updated since the date selected.
  • Select the Shipping Type according to your delivery status. 
    • Drop Off 
      • Dropping off parcels at any of designated drop off locations.
    • Pick Up 
      • Required to fulfil a minimum average daily order count of 10 paid orders per day to be eligible to use the pick up option for Shopee Supported Logistics. 


Sync Orders Start Date

  • Only orders created after this date will be synced with BRP. 

Price Markups 

  • Use this function to do automatic product price markups on the marketplace. 
  • For Flat, just enter the amount you want to markup. 
  • For Percentage, just enter the amount you want to markup.

Others 

  • You can enter Shipping Fee here, or set a special price sync on the customer group.

Remember to “Save” the changes!
