BRP Settings

Store Settings 
You can modify the store settings according to your store needs. 

To go to the store settings, 
Step 1: Go to System > Settings > Store Settings 

Step 2: At the Store List, locate your Store Name, then click “Edit”. 

Step 3: At the Edit Settings General tab, fill in the details. 


Details that are required to fill in 

  • Meta Title 
    • Titles that are easily recognizable on the search engine. 
  • Meta Tag Description 
    • Descriptions that are easily recognizable on the search engine results. 

Step 4: Go to the Store tab, fill in the details.

Details that are required to fill in. 

  • Store Name
  • Store Owner
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number

Step 5: Go to the Imagetab, upload pictures of your store as Store Logo and Icon. 

To edit the default image to your own image, 
Click the image. 
Select the “Edit” icon. 

At the Image Manager, select the image you would like to upload. 

The image will be replaced. 
Step 5: Go to the Marketplace tab, be sure to turn on the marketplace settings (according to what you have).

Step 6: Go to the Auto Instruct tab, turn on the following settings. 

Auto Instruct Orders for Delivery

  • Select [YES] 
  • New orders will be automatically instructed to the delivery. 

Auto Instruct Start Date

  • Start instructing all orders added from the day selected.
  • Please confirm the date for orders to be automatically instructed.
  • Note: Only orders updated (including new orders) from the last 1 month will be included.


Auto Instruct Delivery Method

  • Delivery method to be selected for auto-instruct. 
    • There are three categories here to customise how you would like for the method of delivery. 
  • All BRP Products 
    • Products that are hosted purely on the BRP.
  • All Third-Party Products
    • Products that are hosted on your own party. 
  • Mixed BRP & Third-Party Products 
    • Products that are mixed between BRP and your party.
  • Delivery methods available: 
    • By G.I. (applicable for pure BRP)
      • Delivery fulfilled by Genuine Inside
    • By BRP Warehouse 
      • Delivery fulfilled by BRP Warehouse (your stocks that are stored inside our warehouse).
    • By Own Arrangement
      • Delivery fulfilled by your own. 

Step 7: Select the source of orders. 
Recommend to turn on the same settings with the marketplace. 

Step 8: Select the Auto Instruct Order Status

Auto Instruct Order Status 

  • Auto-instruct orders with selected order statuses. 
  • Choose [Processed] and [Processing].
