Create New Customer Profile

You can directly create a new customer profile from the BRP. 

To create a new single customer profile, 
Step 1: Click Customers > Customers 

Step 2: At the Customer page, click “Add New”. 

Step 3: Fill up the customer details.

Details required to fill up. 

  • Customer First + Last Name
  • Email Address
    • Email should follow correct email format
  • Email must be less than 96 characters
  • Telephone Number
  • Password 
    • Password must be greater than 4 and less than 20 characters
    • If the password field is left empty, 10 characters of random password will be automatically generated.
  • Newsletter
    • [YES] as default, unless the customer requested.
  • Status
    • [YES] as default.

Step 4: Click “Add Address” to add customer address. 

Note: You can add multiple addresses under a single customer. 

Step 5: Fill up the customer address details. 

Details required to fill up. 

  • First + Last Name 
  • Telephone
  • Address 
  • City 
  • Postcode
  • Country
  • Region/State 
  • Default Address 
    • Must set this for the first address. 

Step 6: Click “Save” to continue. 



To create customer profile in bulk, 
Step 1: Click the arrow beside the “Add More” button, and click “Import Excel”. 

Step 2: Click the “Download Template” to download the Excel Template. 

Step 3: Download and open the Excel template. 

Step 4: Fill in the template accordingly. 

  • Customer Number (create in accordance)
  • First + Last Name
  • Email Address
    • Email should follow correct email format
    • Email must be less than 96 characters
  • Telephone Number
  • Password
    • Password must be greater than 4 and less than 20 characters
    • If the password field is left empty, 10 characters of random password will be automatically generated.
  • Status
    • ENABLED
    • DISABLED
  • Approved
    • YES => Approved
    • NO => Not Approved
  • Add Address 
    • YES => Address is required for this customer
    • NO => Address is not required for this customer
    • (If "No" is selected, please leave all address fields empty. Input values in all address fields will be ignored and not be saved by the system.)
  • City Country Region

Step 5: After filling up the form, go back to import the excel file. 
Click the “Choose File” to select the Excel file, then click “Upload Excel”. 


Step 6: You should be seeing the latest customers listed inside the customer list. 

Congratulations you have created a single/bulk customer inside the customer list!
