Data Sync

Data Sync - Categories
Conduct a data sync according to the categories selected with the BRP server.

To start data sync on categories, 
Step 1: Click BRP Data Sync > Data Sync 

Step 2: Under the Sync page, choose the data type to conduct data sync, press the drop down menu to reveal the data types. 

Mainly we suggest to use these filtering based on the data types to choose for data sync: 

  • Categories
  • Manufacturers
  • Products

Step 3: Select data type “Categories” and press “Filter” to proceed. 

Step 4: At the Sync - Categories List page, you can filter the categories by entering the Category Name and/or Sync Status. Press “Filter” to proceed.

Step 5:  After the Category Name has been displayed, you can select the Category Name you would want to conduct sync. Press the Sync button on the top right corner to proceed.  

Note: You can sync the Category Name based on what you have selected, or sync all Category Name together under the list. 

Step 6: Sync will be commenced and you will be able to see the Categories have been synced with the BRP server successfully. 


Data Sync - Manufacturer
Conduct a data sync according to the manufacturer selected with the BRP server.

To start data sync on manufacturer, 
Step 1: Click BRP Data Sync > Data Sync 

Step 2: Under the Sync page, choose the data type to conduct data sync, press the drop down menu to reveal the data types. 

Mainly we recommend to use these filtering based on the data types to choose for data sync: 

  • Categories
  • Manufacturers
  • Products

Step 3: Select data type “Manufacturer” and press “Filter” to proceed. 

Step 4: At the Sync - Manufacturer List page, you can filter the manufacturer by entering the Manufacturer Name and/or Sync Status. Press “Filter” to proceed.

Step 5:  After the Manufacturer Name has been displayed, you can select the Manufacturer Name you would want to conduct sync. Press the Sync button on the top right corner to proceed.  

Note: You can sync the Manufacturer Name based on what you have selected, or sync all Manufacturer Name together under the list. 

Step 6: Sync will be commenced and you will be able to see the Manufacturer Name has been synced with the BRP server successfully. 

Data Sync - Products 
You can create data sync with the BRP server. 

To create data sync on products, 
Step 1: Click BRP Data Sync > Data Sync 

Step 2: Under the Sync page, choose the data type to conduct data sync, press the drop down menu to reveal the data types. 

Step 3: Select data type “Products”. Press “Filter” to proceed. 

Step 4: At the Sync Product - Product List page, you can use the filter function to list out the products you would want to conduct sync. 

There are several filters available, including: 

  • Product Name 
    • Set the product name to be filtered.
  • Model 
    • Set the model to be filtered.
  • Product Grouping
    • Set the product grouping to be filtered.
  • Categories 
    • Set the category name to be filtered.
  • Manufacturer
    • Set the manufacturer name to be filtered.
  • Sync Status
  • Status
    • Set the status of sync to be filtered. 
  • Price Range
    • Set the price range to be filtered.


Step 5: Select the fields to sync and provide price markup percentage (if any).

Step 6: After the product has been listed out, you can select the product to sync. 

Step 7: To start syncing, press the Sync button at the top right corner. 
You can sync the product based on what you have selected, or sync all products together under the list. 

Step 6: Sync will be commenced and you will be able to see the Products have been synced with the BRP server successfully.
