BRP Product Report Generation

Product Reports

To go to the sales reports, go to Reports > Products

There are multiple product reports can be generated here, including: 

  • Pending Restock
  • Stock Card
  • Top Products
  • Viewed
  • Purchased
  • Delivery 
  • Minimum Stock Alert
  • Serial Number 

Pending Restock 

To see the pending restock reports, 
Step 1: Go to Reports > Products > Pending Restock 

Step 2: At the Product Pending BRP Restock Report page, you can use the filter to customise the report. 
Click the “Filter” to generate the report. 


Filters available to use: 

  • Product Name
  • Model 
  • Status
    • Product Status 
    • Enabled/Disabled
  • Serialised 
    • Product being serialised or not.
    • Yes/No 
  • Category
    • Product Category
  • Manufacturer
  • Date Added 
    • Date of the order added
  • Order Source
    • Orders from which source should the report generate.
  • Marketplace Shop 
    • Reports from selected marketplace shops will be placed into the report.


The pending restock report will be generated in table form. 

Legends

  • Uninstructed Quantity 
    • Stock quantities that are already ordered but not yet being instructed to restock.
  • Available Quantity 
    • Stock quantities that are currently available in the warehouse.
  • Restocking Quantity 
    • Stock quantities that are currently restocking to the warehouse storage that has been allocated. 
  • Quantity To Restock 
    • Stock quantities that are pending to restock. 

Step 3: If required, you can click “Export to Excel” to export the report as Excel spreadsheet. 

The pending restock report will look like this in Excel format. 

Stock Card By Date
Using this feature to view the stocks movement. 

To view the stock card by date report, 
Step 1: Go to Reports > Products > Stock Card By Date

Step 2: At the Stock Card By Date page, you can use the filter function to view the stock card according to the date specified. Click the “Filter” button to generate the report. 

Filters available to use: 

  • Date
    • Specify the dates you would want the report to generate. 
  • Product Category 
    • Product categories you would want the report to show.
  • Product Model
    • Product model you would want the report to generate. 
  • Delivery Method 
    • Delivery methods you would want the report to generate. 

This is how a stock card looks when being generated.

Outbound Stocks (Other channels)

Daily Stock Outbound (combination of all sales channel)

Step 3: You can click the “Export to Excel” button to export the stock card as Excel spreadsheet. 

The stock card report will look like this in Excel format. 

Serial Number 
Generate a report according to the product serial number. 

To view the report according to serial number, 
Step 1: Go to Reports > Products > Serial Number 

Step 2: At the Product Serial Number Report, you can use the filter function to view the report of the product serial numbers. Click the “Filter” button to generate the report. 

Filters available to use: 

  • Transaction Type 
  • Order
    • Products that have orders
  • Storage
    • Products that are going to storage
  • Customer
    • Customer Name
  • Transaction Number
  • Start End Date
  • Product Model 

The product serial number report will be generated like this in the table format.

Step 3: You can click the “Export to Excel” button to export the Products Serial Number Report as Excel spreadsheet. 

The report will look like this in Excel format. 

Top Products Report
Here you can view analytics on the sales performances of each product. 

Step 1: Go to Reports > Products > Top Products. 

Here you will see the front page of the Top Products Report page. 

You can use the Filter function to filter and sort the report. 


Show: 

  • Select Top 10/20/50 products to display. 
  • Sort By: 
    • Sort products by: 
    • Total / Quantity / Views / Likes / Rating / Comment Count

Date Start End: 

  • Select the duration of the report. 


Order Status 

  • Select products with the order status to display in the report. 


Marketplace Shop 

  • Select products from which marketplace shop to display. 

Order Source

  • Select products from which order source to display. 

Categories

  • Select products from which product categories to display. 

After selecting the filters you can click “Filter” to display the report. 

The report will be generated. 


You can generate the top products report in PDF format. 
Press the “Export” button. 

You may select to include image thumbnails in the export file. 


The top products report PDF format will look like this. 


Sellable Products 
You can view products which are sellable and not sellable. 

Step 1: Go to Reports > Products > Sellable Products 


Here you can view the general products which are sellable. 


You can use the filter functions to filter the results. 


Order Status 

  • Select products with the order status to display in the report. 

Marketplace Shop 

  • Select products from which marketplace shops to display. 

Categories

  • Select products from which product categories to display. 

Product Status 

  • Select which product status to display. 


Date Start End: 

  • Select the duration of the report. 

Order Status 

  • Select products with the order status to display in the report. 

Click the “Filter” button to filter the results. 

Here you will see the Sellable Products Report. 
You can toggle the view of Bar Chart/Pie Chart/ List Table. 


You then can generate the Sellable Products Report in PDF format. Click the “Export to Excel” button. 


The Sellable Products Report PDF format will be generated. 

The report will look like this. 


 

Go to Sales Report Generation. 

Go back to User Guides Main Menu.
