BRP Sales Report Generation

You can generate sales reports according to your requirements. 

To go to the reports, go to Reports.

Here you can view all the reports such as: 

  • Sales
  • Products
  • Marketplace
  • Customer
  • Marketing
     

Sales Reports 

There are multiple sales reports can be generated, including: 

  • Orders
  • Order Details
  • Daily Sales 
  • Sales by Category 
  • Overall Sales
  • Stores
  • Product Wrapping
  • Quotations
  • Tax
  • Shipping
  • Returns
  • Coupons
  • Geographical Location
  • Sellable Products
  • Sellable Products Details
  • Sales by Category Chart 

Sales Order Reports

To see the sales order reports, 
Step 1: Go to Reports > Sales > Orders 

Step 2: At the Sales Order Reports page, you can use the filter to customise the sales reports. 
Click the “Filter” to generate the report. 

Filters available to use: 

  • Start + End date 
    • Select the report dates.
  • Group By 
    • Report can be grouped by: 
      • Years
      • Months
      • Weeks
      • Days
  • Order Statuses 
    • Report generated according to the order statuses. 
    • Recommend to [Select All] 

Sales Order Details Reports 

To view the sales order details reports, 
Step 1: Go to Reports > Sales > Order Details 

Step 2: At the Sales Order Details page, you can use the filter to customise the sales order details reports. 
Click the “Filter” button to generate the report. 

You can filter the report by: 

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name 
  • Date Added (Orders) 
  • Product Name/Model 
  • Order Status 
  • Date Instructed (Delivery)
  • Marketplace Shop 
  • Categories 
  • Delivery Method
  • Marketplace Order Number
  • Order Source
  • Delivery by Seller (DBS - Lazada Orders only). 

You can export the sales order details reports by clicking the “Export” button. 

If there are bundle products, you need to select which reports you would like to generate. 
Click “Export” after the selection. 


The generated sales order details report will look like this. 

Sales by Geographical Location 


You can view sales reports according to geographical location. 

Step 1: Go to Reports > Sales > Geographical Location. 


Step 2: Here you will see the Sales by Geographical Location page. 


You can utilise the Filter function to filter the results. 

You can select the top 10/20/50 products to show. 

Choose the order source. 

Which marketplace you would want to see 

Sort by types of areas 

Filter by order dates 

Sort by Product Category

Sort by Order Status 


Step 3: Click “Filter” to display your results. 

Step 4: You will see the results, click on the tab Graph/List Table to toggle the view. 


Step 5: To generate the report in Excel format, you can click the Export button to export. 


The generated report will look like this.
